On Tuesday, May 31, 2011, Quanex Building Products Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on June 30, 2011 to holders of the Company’s common stock on the record date of June 16, 2011.
